Reza Toghi was born on 1974 in an artistic family in Isfahan. His father was a craftsman that used to do repoussé and chasing on copper. He started learning engraving and repoussé and chasing on copper at the age of 11 and was his father’s student for three years. He was 14 years old that became interested in painting and Persian miniature and spent 4 years to learn manuscripts illumination under the supervision of Haj Ali Firouzeh and then Jafar Okhovvat.
